FAQ

Are we able to connect the system with personnel?

Yes, system SAS-PBX is prepared for integration with personnel. Typically, all available information as well as hierarchy structure are imported to the system.

Does system allow import of external tariff documents?

Yes, system SAS-PBX allows import of tariff documents from mobile and data service providers (O2, T-Mobule, Vodafone, Orange, ...) Besides this, system can be connected with external tarification systems, a.o. CALOM, TABS, ALLVIN or INTELIX

Does system support older versions of PBX?

Yes, system SAS-PBX supports older versions of PBX Ericsson MD110 version BC8 to BC13, Mitel MX03 to MX07 and Cisco 8.0 to 12.5.

What do terms extension and subscriber mean?

Extension in system SAS-PBX means telephone device or configuration, which has assigned telephone number. Extension is configured on PBX and has certain parameters and type. (digital, IP, SIP, analogue, ...). Subscriber is actual owner, which can be a personl company or a room. Subscriber carries information about name and inclusion in hierarchy. Extension can have only one subscriber (owner) in system SAS-PBX.

How does active control of data integrity work?

System SAS-PBX automatically imports complete configuration of administrated PBX. It has absolutely accurate overview of numbers and types of extensions on PBX and their parameters. System of automatic integrity control compares this configuration with condition in database and each bond of extension on subscribers. Thanks to this control system alerts, that there is extension on PBX, that doesn't have corresponding bond on specific person and therefore call needen't to be charged properly. Vice versa can system alert, that change of configuration happened on PBX, which was implemented out of configuration interface of SAS-PBX, for example, there's been an increase in permission of extension. System also controls correct configuration of names with bond to personnel system or wrong redirect of extension.

Does system allow to display more subscriber on extension, if they have only one telephone at workplace?

Yes, system SAS-PBX supports so called paralel subscribers, when you are able to set more subscribers, which then will be displayed in SAS webDIR applocation. Extension owner always  remains the only one.
